Our Clerks

The Black Chambers clerks offer an approachable, efficient, and extremely helpful service, and are a crucial link between instructing agents and Counsel.  They are happy to help with any query in relation to the availability of Counsel, and can help you identify the most appropriate Advocate for any particular instruction.

The clerks are fully versed in the workings of the criminal courts system and are in regular contact with Crown Office, Procurators Fiscal and Justiciary Office.

If you have any questions regarding the availability of Counsel, or if you require an indication of Counsels’ likely fees, please feel free to contact the clerks using the details below or in the contact us section.
